How Long does it take for my order to ship?

We typically ship orders within 24-48 hours. In the event of a sale, launch or during peak shipping periods, shipping times may be delayed up to 2-3 weeks. Expedited and International shipping is unavailable during the Last Chance LJ sale.


How will I know my that my order has shipped?

You will receive an order confirmation email as well as a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


I forgot to add my GWP items. Can I add them post purchase?

GWP items require a manual acceptance at checkout. If you do not add the items we cannot add or replace those items at a later date. Please make sure you add your GWP items before you checkout! All GWP items are first come first serve and based on availability.


How long does shipping take?

Please allow 7-10 days for standard ground shipping. If an expedited option is chosen please default to those guaranteed delivery times. In the event of a sale shipping times may be delayed 2-4 weeks. Please be patient as volume does increase significantly delaying shipment times.


How can I track my order?

You will receive a notification email upon shipment with a link to track your package.


What is your Exchange Policy?

There are no returns or exchanges allowed. All sales on Last Chance LJ are final.


Do you offer International Shipping?

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

In an effort to get you your order as quickly as possible, the ability to modify or change existing orders is not available.


Can I combine shipping costs on multiple orders?

In an effort to get you your order as quickly as possible, shipping costs cannot be combined for multiple orders. Every order placed must pay shipping unless over the $150 free shipping threshold.


Can you combine discount codes?

Unfortunately, discount codes are not available for Last Chance LJ.


Can I use my Sweet Reward Points for Last Chance LJ?

Sweet Rewards points and discount codes are not eligible during the Last Chance LJ event. Sweet Rewards members will not earn rewards for their purchases.


What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Orders will not appear in your laurenjames.com account, to find your order go to lastchancelj.com/account
